Welluh , I know im a n00b and stuff at this site ,though i am active as guest here for months , now I recently purchased Dreamweaver and I started to make a site , it's my first page ever! Now I want to start a GFX community or sumthing like that but i don't know how to get much sigmakers on my site. (@ my school everybody is a total n00b , since I live in belgium.)
Please tell me how to get it active.

1) Do something that hasnt been done 2000 times before
2) Do it better than everyone else
3) Do it well (you can be better than everyone and still really suck..)
If you can manage those things, people will come to you.
