@Headshot
About your experience. It was really late you may of just have been dreaming it, and wrong about the experience the next morning.

At night your hearing senses are sharper, because there is much less background noise making the little noise there still is open for (mis)interpretation by your hearing, especially since you say it was only whispering.
And no, i dont believe in ghosts. But i dont rule out their existance either. It s just that i havent seen compelling evidence for it. |
Totally agree. Memories have a lot to do with brain chemistry.

I think this too but I think it has more to do with worm food (waldojames) I would like to think my sprit will move on to become part of nature and my molecules will become part of the ecosystem.

I have stayed on many many burial grounds (I posted pictures of the human remains) My tent was maybe a 7 min walk away. No problems. If anything, it felt eerily safe and protected.

You just heard something and your mind couldn't figure out what it really was so it perceived it as something very common in your life like your name or something else. Minds play tricks on people all the even when they’re fully awake. It’s common. Ghosts are figments of our imaginations. We hear a story and then when something similar happens we begin believing this story and we end up believing in ghosts. It’s normal.
You probably heard the wind gently blowing in the house. You haven’t been visited by a paranormal being and you won’t be visited by a paranormal being for a long long time. If you truly believe it, in your heart and mind, that life outside of death exists and ghosts are real then sooner or later your mind will play further tricks on you and you’ll end up going insane. Misplacing forks/spoons on purpose, but not realizing it, and ending up blaming it on spirits wandering in your house.
It’s all in your head, the more serious and more real you believe it is the more real and serious it will be. You end up seeing things you want to see, shadows, figures, faces, etc.
Just let it go. It’ll do you good.

The house I grew up in was haunted. I was constantly seeing shit. So did anyone who stayed there.
Spirits are real, for sure.
@headshot
Dude, that shit happens to me all the time. I'll be doing something or laying in bed and I'll clearly hear someone call my name...and I live alone.

Syco, you probably have drugs in your system 24/7, no offense but that shit's bound to affect you psychologically.
If you want to believe something enough, you'll find ways to verify that belief be it consciously or unconsciously.
If you had asked someone from 16th century europe if witchs were real you'd almost certainly get a positive answer. You'd probably even get a tale about when they encountered one. We know it's bullshit now, but they would genuinely believe it, if only because they want to believe it, they've been brought up to believe it. Not because of any compelling evidence.

He could have just been a helpful guy, they might be rare but they do exist.
As for witchs, well they certainly don't exist in the same capacity as people in medieval europe tended to believe. You know, women with supernatural abilities who curse people and stuff like that.
I mean, there are women all over the planet who get high and then think they have special powers (healing, clairvoyance etc) it's just that they're not burnt at the stake for it any more.

Some guy died in the kitchen of my last apartment just before I moved in, some people said they got a spooky feeling there (they didn't know about the dead guy). But I never noticed anything, so my answere is no, I do not belive in ghosts.

Exactly. You may not believe in the sueprnatural and you may be correct.
But I do believe in the supernatural (has nothing to do with drugs) and who knows, i may be correct. No one answer can correctly draw a conclusion

People probably got a spooky feeling because they 'knew' something happened.
All places everywhere where someone has died can not possibly be haunted.
