answered my own question, somewhat. still looking for a up-to-date patch prog.

found this site w/ patchs..http://server1.megagames.com/ps2/ps2_patches.shtml

...site has patchs too fix pal-ntsc, for any1 else this may help!

why do you need to convert Pal to NTSC ??? I just bang the NTSC game into my Pal PS2 and it plays???

my duece is ntsc, pal is all off center. cant c 1/2 tha screen on most pal games

I had this on my pal ps2 to play all usa games in color on my old tv...

works great Smile

(RGB scart cable costs like 5$)
