i don't know what was fuzz all about but this game loox & plays like utter shit
car feels like skateboard,helis forget.. about it
not even near as good as in GTA,perfomance haha lol what perfomance?!

Well GTA4 isn't coming out for a while... this is just one of those games to help time pass by. I'm actually going to buy a 360 within the next few months to play this and a few other games.
Game is great.

Those things suck because you dont actually feel the response of the key moving down. Definatly not for gaming. Not to mention you cant just rest your fingers on a key, you would have to physically remove your hand away from the thing to keep it from registering input. That thing sucks.

I think it would be useless in this game. You wouldn't have analog controls. How do you want to aim with the analog sticks when every command gets treated digitally? For proper gamepad support they would need to program it, everything else doesn't make sense imo.

Anybody running the demo on a Xp 64 os. Get random crashes to a nice multi color screen have to reset the machine as everything locks up, god i hope its not a 64bit issue.

I get this bloody headache inducing flicker in the middle of the screen when I try to play it , its there even from the START! WTF!! Anyone else get this?

Wow, it plays much better on the 360. My PC isn't top of the range, it's pretty good though (3400 64 1gig X1800) , but the 360 version runs and looks far better. Controls are far more ergonomic too.
Sorry Parallax, but you'll have to accept that some games are going to look better on the 360 then they will on high end PC's. This is of course only applicable to muti-platform releases.

the demo's not bad, the vehicles handling is not what it could have been though. but it seems that you can call for an extraction chopper anytime anywhere to take you to your objective if you don't want to take a ride or whatever.
it's a shame that they took the grappling hook out of the demo it would have been way easier to grab unto the first bad guy car in the beginning.
anyway, as much bad we can all talk about the game right now, don't say that the view you have after or while pursuing the third mark is not amazing. (when you have the helicopter)

played this today on the 360 and nearly had a fit, it runs and looks simply awesome.

Those who dont believe the 360 version is better, lol the devs even aimed at making the 360 version the best version there is, i just played the pc version and the gfx suck greatly compared to the 360 version ( no hdr or per pixel motion blur, no this is not the same as normal motion blur), just some post processing effects and done.
Also the on the pc version its almost impossible to enjoy a nice drive with the kb, it feels like a TON better on the 360.
I'm definitly getting this one on 360 ( anyone else who has one should too)
from the devs:
Xbox 360 unique technology features:
o Per-Pixel Motion Blur.
o High Dynamic Range (HDR).
o Depth-of-Field.
o Soft Shadows.
o Dynamic dirt maps on vehicles.
o Bending vegetation.
o Enhanced terrain and vegetation system.
o Enhanced particle effects.
o Cloud shadows.
o Enhanced wildlife.
just accept the 360 version is way better already.

big deal it just looks better. its not changing the game any. so if youre a gfx whore and thats all you care about then yes its better. but if you're smart and actually care what the game itself is like then theres no difference.

Im not a gfx whore, but those added effects make the entire experience just that much better, it's like playing HL2 in dx7 or something or oblivion at the lowest setting, i think the word is called immersion?

I couldn't stand driving around in the pc demo, while on the 360 it was silky smooth

i just mapped the driving controls to my pad with joy to key, and it was perfect
be creative, think a little, theres always ways around the little flaws developers have in games. altho this is just a demo for now so who knows how the controls will be in the final.
