There are stupid people in all countries. A friend of mine is half polish and has iq far above avarage, so polish people are at least not more stupid than others..

possible the worst demo for the worst game Ive ever had the expierence to play.

tried the demo yesterday aswel, and it sucked. got bored after 5min, stil managed to finish the demo. it has a fun concept but that bum works on my nerves every time he opens his mounth (how retarded can you make a man charachter before you say it's too much?) the AI sux too (that little kid would never follow me to the ambulance, he just kept running around in circles).
Glad i tried the demo out before trying to get the full game.

Anyone tryed make game from polish to english?
I got Menu on english, loading screens on english, but... not in game text, and hud Sad I can't find resources of it...

BTW - English resources in polish game Smile Just rename some files and you get game on english.

How to make Bad Day L.A. from Polish to English.
You gonna need a English Demo of Bad Day L.A.

go to folder where the game installed.

in \int8x6\
get threat.DDS from Demo and copy to this folder, owerwrite old file.
or your threat advisor will be in Polish.


in \resource\
rename creditsX.txc to credits.txc
rename t_interfX.txr to t_interf.txr
get t_basic.txr from Demo and copy to this folder, owerwrite old file.


in \scenario\
get scenario.res from Demo and copy to this folder, owerwrite old file.
if you copy scenario.rex to scenario.res - you can't watch videos in game.


in \script\scenario\
rename ambulance.dlx to ambulance.dlg
rename earthquake.dlx to earthquake.dlg
rename fire_level4.dlg fire_level4.dlg
rename level1.dlx to level1.dlg
rename level5.dlx to level5.dlg
rename level6.dlx to level6.dlg
rename level7.dlx to level7.dlg
rename level8.dlx to level8.dlg
rename level9.dlx to level9.dlg
rename meteor.dlx to meteor.dlg

i think you don`t break any rules with this becoz they are simply files from the demo that is free ,
