IMO, "they" reffers more to developers/publishers, not polish people who work at that magazine.
If developer/publisher agreed that their game can be sold that way, why they should refuse??

The will release this game in Cd-a in december , and again we will be the first to play it 
and are you realy sure about this , becoz this demo its in PL , 230mb big compresed - its way better then DS2 , the gameplay is simply marvelous
