Still looking forward to it, perhaps not as much as I used to.. but hey, seems like a quite enjoyable game.. and I'm not striving for realism that much, although hearing a sherman withstanding several shots from a panther/tiger does sound a bit weird. Hopefully fixed as the game hits the shells.

I think this entire game is worth it just to watch squads of troops battling it out in situations where there are several opportunities for cover. It's a lot of fun to watch!

Yep its fun to watch for sure.
In the final release, they will include a movie editing tool to make and edit your own WW2 movies based on game replays. Gonna be quite fun.
On a sidenote, if you want a very realistic WW2 RTS game, Faces of War demo will be released the 20th on fileplanet. It also have fully destoryable envoriments like CoH and smart AI (or so they say)

What a bunch of fags, what were they thinking using the DoW system for a WWII game? Anyways, "Faces of War" is coming out this year, and it's the sequel to "Soldiers". That game is going to fucking rule. If you want realism, get that.
