					| I think this game will crush BF2142. It has better graphics and doesn't have the heavy requirements that BF2142 does. BTW, I believe iD is not developing the game themselves.

					| It won't happen but it's a good start and drawing players away from EA. Battlefield is really the only game of it's type. So mabye this will start to take its place. | |

					| There were a couple new vids on IGN from Quakecon featuring this.
My question is - what kind of DUMB MOTHERFUCKERS do they pick to demo these games?!
The fucking idiot got in a helicopter, and crashed literally 6 seconds later, the tutorial voice hadn't even stopped.

Fucking morons. They should have let me demo the flight physics for them. Instead, they got some soccermom, or completley dense kiddy behind the controls

i have to disagree.. with all my hate to EA i still consider bf a great series and i don't want to see it die. besides there are many popular "bf-like" games (take the UT games for example).

I think they may loose some players for that!

					| The game play videos look hot though. I love quake and I love enemy territory too . I'm really looking forward to this and will probably buy it too.
Anyone know a full list of the classes? I see some flying vehicles in the vids, can any class operate them? Also I think the whole setup and balance of the ranks and abilities etc. of ET were perfect. The leveling was good and worthwhile and made for good matches too.

Do you know if the button layout and commands will be the same or will it be like red orchestra and have 103483482 buttons? I thought the call commands, the binocs (and the airstrike command through that) were perfect along with the ammo packs, the med packs, stamina, heal etc. too.

I think they should have more classes (by that I mean covert ops, engineers, medics etc.) as well as more levels (battle sense, light weapons etc.) I haven't seen the load out screen yet so I don't know for sure and I haven't read up a load about it either.

How the hell is UT BF-like. Those two games have pretty much nothing in common, apart from being shooters.
