Previously scheduled for the 2006 holiday season GameSpot is reporting that Unreal Tournament 2007, the latest entry into the Unreal franchise, currently in the works at Epic Games Inc., will be released in the first half of 2007, for PC and Xbox 360. UT is one of my favorite series. But hell, this new one won't even start with my old machine when it comes out ... so the best i could do is play the very first UT and 2004 Per aspera ad astra

This game is going to suck, compared to ETQW. Which was delayed as well. gfx looks really good on this one, but ETQW has gameplay.

I don't think ETQW gonna be that awesome. And yes, iv seen all the trailers. Future games sucks imo.

Graphics don't make a good game. UT2k7 will just be another pointless and boring multiplayer/botmatch DM game. No proper single-player mode with story etc.. There are already enough of those crappy games. I guess I won't even download it. It's really disappointing that they release this crap as the first game with UE3 on PC. Why not GoW or Unreal 3?? Sad

I just remembered that the game Stranglehold uses the UE3 and it's supposed to come out early October. Will Epic allow this? I hope they don't have an agreement with their licensees that says they can't release a game with the engine before Epic.
