hows that not ingame? why would they ue anotehr engine for the movies and for ingame? its obviously the game engine.

i don't se any refference on the official site about driving vehicles, so i don't think this game compares to gta. It's more like a pedestrian GTA, with cartoons instead of people...but we'll just see

Just look at the level of detail in the video (the cars, the people) and then look at the screens.

have u never seen a cel shaded game in action? anything u see here is pretty standard in detail and quality for a cel shaded game. but theres no point in getting into this. just wait til the end of the month.

You never admit, that you are wrong, do you?
Just do one simple thing - compare the video to the screenshots. Look at the amount of detail in both, in vehicle and human count.
And also look up in the wikipedia or a dictionary what an engine is. Nobody is creating and engine to render cutscenes.

You're really overestimating the influence you have with the mods. They don't respond particularly well to whiners, and unless someone has been overtly racist they're unlikely to get banned.
