Call of Juarez is much better than GUN.
The only good thing GUN had was the voice acting really, graphics were shit and there was only an illusion of freedom in it.

Delayed. I guess Europeans won't get the optimizations until a patch is out.
Quote: | The companies also announce that Call of Juarez will be coming to a next generation console in 2007, and that the PC version in the US will be held to coincide with the launch of the console version, while the release dates in Europe remain unchanged. Improvements to the US PC version are expected, based on optimization for Windows Vista. No further details are available at this time. |

Lol in my opinion there is no contest. The graphix of gun where nothing near this game. But i hope that the full version has not only go there first then to this but a little more freedom.

when i press the exe ,my pc restart him self and ...yes - other games are runing great and my system is strong enought to run the game. |
ok..i have solution:)
i guess that i am the onlyone here who had this problem cause maybe i am the onlyone here who used fucking program name "folder lock"-(and the funny thing is that i installed this folder lock to help a friend with this software. now this software create file name:"windrvNT.sys" who seems to cause errors and crashes on pc's.
so...all i had to do - was to uninstall the fucking folder lock and ...game run like charm:)
so..i hope it will be usefull for others.
i played just few secs - but graphic looks intresting - and the gampley from what i saw is kinda medium.
thanks anyway.

Downloaded, installed, played priest part and bit of stealth part, deleted. Hope they improve the gameplay because it felt like Sin Episodes (the priest part), spawning enemies, weak AI,...
Stealth part was OK.

Hmm, really strange performance issues...
The framerate drops to unplayable levels when entering the building which then gets on fire...
I think it's that gay effect, when you see light through the windows, slowing everything down.. Though an even a better looking effect in Condemned and HL2, it didn't drop the fps at all...
Screw you guys. I'm going home.

Played the english version. Not bad...not great. I guess I'm not that big of a fan of western stuff. Playing as the preacher is okay. I hate stupid sneaking crap with billy though.

Weird. I mentioned this game and linked the english demo on a couple of gaming forums I go to. Absolutely no interest from anyone save one person who thought it was awesome, and one person who was getting the blue screen of death. Other than that, no replies, no interest shown whatsoever. I said 'why no interest in this new FPS?' and one person said " Because it's by Techland, the company responsible for Chrome? "
I say fuck em, that's the last time I advertise a new game to supposed gamers.

yup looks like Ubi is a money whore
so it looks like the polish release will be worth gold for the US and German people , the same was with Chameleon
and for those that didn`t understand - Ubi is ganing profit from GRAW so they what to milk down GRAW and then after they profit spike drops a little then they will release other games ...
