For the last 3 days I have been really nauseous. Not all the time just waves of it.
yesterday I didn’t eat anything until 3pm and I felt so ill, I am shocked I didn’t puke. I ate a piece of bread and felt a lot better. This morning I was brushing my teeth and I started dry heaving. Later I took my vitamins and puked them up in the kitchen sink. I have no energy either. I am still doing everything but just feel really tired while doing it.
Is it the heat or is it the flu? I think it is the heat or something I ate. I have a really bad sunburn too and I am not staying out of the sun because I am busy doing things in it.
If I go to sneeze I get really nauseous too. I never know if it is a real sneeze or projectile vomit.
What does everyone else think. I have nothing better to do ATM. I am stuck on a virtual plane remember

Sounds like heat stroke
Or have you taken some kinda painkillers? T3's and OC's and percs make me puke like crazy if i take em on an empty stomach.

No painkillers.
I drank a lot of water today but it could be a mild heat stroke/exhaustion.
I have been fine for the last while. Mostly when I first get up, or if I get really hungry.

I think maybe I did have sunstroke a bit but it shouldn't last for 3 days. Even this morning and a little bit ago I was puky. I am hangover free too. |
Well the first thing i thought was morning sickness. But you said there is no chance of that. (Syco lives in TO anyways , sry had 2)
Well i get twitchy stomach now and then, sometimes for a week. I have had so many tests for it (Ex was scared i had cancer) , i even had a CT scan and they couldnt find anything.
Mine has to do with stress (Funny how the EX moves out and my stomach gets better). But if i get really stressed out, boom, im sick for at least a day. Doctors say that there is nothing they can do, besides counciling or possibly a narcotic. And i dont trust Quacks, and i dont do pills.
Have you been to the doctor? IF you have, try and find a nice relaxing spot where you can be alone. And try and relax, think good thoughts, happy vibes. You will be amazed by the power of your own mind. seriously, i do this daily to keep my mind heathly.

@bigperm
That's funny you get better when the ex moves out. I think my stress level is about the same when I was living with him and after he left. Same amount of stress, but different kind. I prefer the stress I have now compared to the stress I had before. I had a mother-in law from hell and nothing was ever good enough. She would pull my fridge when she came over to see how clean it was.
I go hiking a lot and I find that relaxing. I think I am just having problems with food and stress maybe. I have some stuff coming up that has to be dealt with and I am dreading it.
I am not going to the Doctor because I don’t think there is anything he can do and I don’t want to waste his time.

I believe in IBS. Some people have sensitive stomachs.

Well the problem with IBS is that they link to many things to it. Like its not cancer, colitis, etc. Must be IBS. But trust me, it sucks when they can figure out whats wrong. I had to do a food diary (Fucking pain in the ass) to realize that certain foods are just bad for my system. And its not like im alergic to them.
But basically i think all the IBS diagnosis have to do with mental states and diet. To much MSG,preservatives, and to many people living on Mc.meals.

@Bigperm
Totally agree with mental states and diet. But I don't have IBS.
Are you good now or do you still have problems?

That's looks awesome.
Looks like you have all the toys. You must have friends there too. You need someone to drive the boat while you are on the board.

I had a CBR 1000, but decided one day, that my kids need me more than I need to ride. Riding for 25 years was enough fun, and the worst I had was to go off a cliff and break my leg.
