Today I just installed the good old game Dungeon Siege: Legends of Aranna again.
What did I do?
Ingame Menu: Multiplayer --> Internet --> Host Game. Ok now should popup a new windows so I can change the ingame options of the multiplayer game. But the games jumps back to the screen were I clicked "Internet".
I tried it on 3 pc's:
PC 1: Did only work for 1 time, I tried the second time jumps back to menu.)
PC 2: Did not work. (Go's back to menu.)
PC 3: Worked hosting for about 5 times now.
With all 3 PC's I can join internet, network and zonematch games.
PC 1 specs:
Windows XP Pro SP2, 1 Gig RAM, Pentium 4 2,8 GHz.
PC 2 specs:
Windows XP Pro SP2, 768 mb RAM, Pentium 4 2,4 GHz
PC 3 specs:
Windows XP Pro SP1, don't know, don't know. (I know its lesser then above)
Maybe its the service pack from windows, but it worked for 1 time on PC 1.
did u alt tab outta the pcs with sp2 and have windows firewall let the app through? coz i know that was a hidden thing that u never saw untill u quit outta the game

Yes I used ALT+TAB on the pc's with SP2, firewall is off.
Signature/Avatar nuking: none (can be changed in your profile)
