Anyway, if this is true, it should be nuked. Scene rules are clear enough: retail only, game should be able to be updated, etc, etc, etc. > Nuke, reason: not retail.

No something is def not right installed this and i have a few questions...
Where is readme.txt? There is no readme.txt kinda odd dont you think ?
e3demo.cfg lol ? wtf... - I found this file in one of the pak files. I don't think it should be there.

No, it isn't. If it can't be patched, it isn't. So: there are three reasons why it should be nuked now:
1) Not retail
2) Can't be patched
3) Misnamed release
It's misnamed, since it's not a clone. The game comes in iSO format, not in any clone way.

Erm, game went gold on the 28th? Well, at least the pk4 files were all made on the 27th, all files inside were last edited on the 6th of the 6th of the 6th. Probably totally normal, but odd that someone here stated that all files were after gold date.

I don't know if I'll ever play this game more than testing it.
Besides, rules are rules. You can't tell the police to shut up either after you knocked someone out in public and tell them they all should be happy he's still alive.

played it for 2 hrs 6 minutes. got up to Sacrifices. its pretty dull. no bosses or anything yet. sigh....hope it gets better before it gets worse

I feel the same way. What keeps me going is Far Cry started off slow too.
