Code:
   Proper Notes:

Starforce 3.7.16.04 does not work mounted. You have to burn this version

of Starforce. The release Plex made is just a \"Lucky Burn\".

They did nothing with the SFClone to make it any better, any more

   compatible.

Our release is much more compatible with other media types and will work

   as

long as you follow the instructions correctly. Next time just leave

   those

hard protections to us plex, and stop releasing clones that impossible

   can

work the way you tell they do !!!

   Install Notes:

To burn a real 1:1 copy with no emulation:

   1. Unpack release, and tool.

   2. Copy tool to wherever you have CD1 image and run tool.

   3. Look at your blank disc, and select that manufacturer in the tool\'s

dropbox. If you select the wrong manufacturer type, the game will not

   work.

   4. Click patchme, and wait until it says \"Patching done.\"

   5. A new image will be made called unl-nw3_patched.\" Burn this image

in newest A120 at 4x speed using the datatype \"SECUROM *NEW*\" Also, make

sure the write method is set to RAW DAO. Make sure that there are no

checkmarks next to \"Rectify subchannel data\" and \"Burn rmps to

   recordable media.\"

   6. When you hit start, it will say \"Image size does NOT match to

   lead-Out recorded in TOC!

select : Keep TOC as on source CD , write until end of image file

   (recommended)

   7. Burn the rest of the discs as normal since they are not protected.

   8. Install the game and play. You can play this clone from your IDE

   drives.

Warning 1 - If you get verification failed during load, then your copy

   failed.

Warning 2 - Burning to the wrong media type than selected in the tool

   guarantees failure.

Warning 3 - Burning the clone with Profile \"Securom New 4/5\" or with

\"rectify subchannel data\" or \"burn rmps to recordable media\" guarantees

   failure.

Plex release was bullshit : i've tried it (Burn CD3 with Raw DAO without rmps ) on a Verbatim and SF check fails Sad

I'm currently leeching Unleashed proper : i'll try again with my Verbatim and report Cool

OK tried burning PLEX release and it worked for me. I really like the game so far. English voice acting is absolutely terrible and translation could be better too. Russian version - I played the russian demo a year ago or so - was far more polished in this regard. Quite interesting combat mechanics with interplanar travel (with spiritual plane translated as "gloom"...). Makes a lot better experience if you've seen the movie (haven't seen day watch, the sequel, though).

I heard the best media to use with SFClones is Platinum along with a decent burner. Others have reported verbatim media failing and platinum working so it would suggest verbatim maybe isnt the best choice for SfClones

Well you dont have to play it, you know. And they make games for the same reason as everyone else, to make money. Nightwatch is a popular movie in Russia, so they thought they could make a quick buck by making a game.

Well, its not really that much SF, more like fantasy in modern Moscow setting. I would prefer a classic SF story (like old Laser Squad, not sure if anyone remembers). But this one is different, which is a plus it itself. I'm really bored with WWII themed games.

Maybe i'll try one more time but i'm sure i followed exactly the instructions (don't write rmps, keep TOC,bla bla bla)

Thw only instruction i couldn't follow was to burn it at 4x (cuz the lowest speed available with latest alcohol was 8x)

emulation steps. In other words, You wanna nuke us, go ahead.

Of course it is protected with sf 3.7.16 as its a buka development and buka always used starforce. Im not sure if the crack is the same that someone upped to megag***s as i dont have access to plex release but the one there is nothing else then german demo exe dlls which start the game but according to ppl in their forum they say its not finishable with the demo exedll.

CRCs of german demo exe dll posted on megag***s

Nwdemo.exe F642C347
protect.dll AE1865EB
protect.exe D1155D7A

maybe some1 can compare with the ones from plex folder on cd3?

I got both plex and Unleashed releases. I got the Unleashed version to work by burning the patched cd 3.

Now I tried the plex release and it seems(I can be wrong here of course) that they took the Night Watch demo fmod.dll, night watch.exe,protect.dll and protect.exe.
I'm assuming this because when I run the game and exit it....it says "unable to open sequence file".
Also when you pass the point where the demo ended...it complains about the same thing "unable to open sequence file" and then the game exits.

I know this, since I tried the same thing with the unleashed release before burning it.

If this is true....then the release is nuked. Sad
