Whats wrong with graphics? Good graphics, not bad at all. I play it at 1280x1024 with AA and it looks sweet. But the most amazing thing is... SPEED Smile

It was a very mediocre and boring game on the Xbox.. (waste of a damn DVD) So i cant see it being any better on the PC..

Iif you expect very little entertainment value from a game.. and have an IQ lower than your shoe size.. then this is for you Very Happy

yea id have to say your IQ was pretty low to begin with by expecting more from an update to a 20 year old game that was never said to be anything more than a graphical update to the original.

its not the crack its the fact it has no limiter if you have vsync off. so u need vsync on for it to run normal speed. why it doesnt run normal for you, i dunno.

Yes. I just installed it with the rld crack and was getting the insane speed and it would crash.
Well I forced vsync with ati tray tools, and thought all was good.
Started the game and it was running normally.
Sometime during the 3rd stage it crashed exactly how it crashed before I enabled vsync.
Screen locks up. High pitch tone. Blue screen of death flashes for a second and then the computer reboots. When windows loads back up it says recovered from a serious error blah blah. Which sucks cause I built this computer about 8 months ago and it has run flawlessly.
So I'm inclined to believe it's some kind of bug. Sad
From the little I played of it, I liked it.
And the graphics are not bad at all.

If you have strange lockups and reboots due to sound issues, try to deactivate sound hardware acceleration in dxdiag.
After I did that the game works flawless for me, and I have an Audigy 2 card in my system.

Anyway to get this game to work with a gamepad? I tried with wingman cordless and while playing the game the only button that would work was the 'change camera' button. I couldent get the accelerator to work or nothing, gamepad not supported? What gives?

I took the advice with turning off hardware sound accelaration and it works perfectly now, thanks!

I also have a wingman cordless rumblepad and the only thing that works is the camera change. I'll just use the keyboard for now, its a great game!

Looks like 4 arrow keys on the keyboard are too complicated for you. Yeah, you should skip this game. Rolling Eyes

Man you people have a lot of crap with this game. No lockups, no insane speed and no gamepad problem (I also have the rumblepad 2) on this side. This game is awesome. Stop fcking with your pc's then maybe games would run better on your machines. Wink

Change the axis settings in the options menu on your pad, I had to do this because that`s the only button would work with me, afterwards, worked perfect.

I totally agree Very Happy

No problem on both of my pc's with different configurations.
Even my steering wheel is configured very easy (it's a shame there is no force feedback).
I really don't know how you people have trouble running this game.

This game is great for an hour of fun on a lan, nothing more, nothing less Smile
