About items ...
Common - just basic gear with no magical properties
Common Magical - common equipment with a magical "prefix" or "suffix" or both that give it special properities. A prefix is something like "Smoldering" which is the lowest level fire damage bonus and could combine with a common item to make a "Smoldering Kopis", which is a low level sword that now does fire damage. A suffix might be "of Journeying" which would combine with a common item to create something like "Leather Greaves of Journeying" which is low-level leg armor with a bonus to movement speed. Finally you could get an item with both a prefix and suffix like a "Pyromancer's Ring of Recovery", which would grant +1 to all Earth skills and +% Life regeneration.
Common Rare - Common equipment with a rare prefix or sufix that has more magical properties than a normal magical prefix or suffix. An example of a rare prefix is "Herculean" which grants +% Damage and +% Strength. An example of a rare suffix is "of Trickery" which grants +% Attack Speed and +% Chance to Dodge Attacks.
Common Rare / Magical - Common equipment with a rare prefix and magical suffix or magical prefix and rare suffix.
Common Double Rare - Common equipment with a rare prefix and a rare suffix. This of course doesn't happen very often. Double Rare items can be more powerful than some Epic items.
Monster - Some monsters use equipment with art that is specially created to suit them and they drop player-wearable versions of this equipment. Monster equipment is similar to common equipment except that it has unique art and usually slightly better base stats but is not magical.
Monster Magical - This is monster equipment that has recieved a magical prefix, suffix, or both, similar to magical common equipment but with the unique look of monster equipment.
Monster Rare - Similar to a rare common item
Monster Rare / Magical - Similar to a rare / magical common item
Monster Double Rare - Similar to a double rare common item
Monster Infrequent - Every piece of monster equipment has a more powerful version with its own magical stats that drops infrequently.
Monster Infrequent Magical - Infrequent monster equipment with its innate magical properies plus additional magical properties from a magical prefix, suffix, or both.
Monster Infrequent Rare - Yes, you can even get infrequent monster items with rare affixes!
Monster Infrequent Rare / Magical - But wait there's more! This is one step better than Infrequent Rare.
Monster Infrequent Double Rare - OMG! This stuff is very rare and usually pretty awesome. An item like this would be better than many of the unqiues found at its level but good luck finding one!
Epic - Epic items are the first level of rare items with their own unique art and customized magical stats. Epic items are better than all but the best / rarest configurations of randomized equipment.
Legendary - This is the best of the best. Legendary items are like Epic items but with better stats for their level. It is very rare to see a Legendary item until you reach Epic difficulty and even then they are very rare.

oki, i now know were teh cd-key bound is, it in the Player.chr file in the My Documents\My Games\Titan Quest\SaveData\Main\_*caracter name*
so if someone that is better then me on this can find a way to get a caracter from one key to an other I woud be gratefull.

Yondaime,
On your earth/spirit guy, how did you distribute your skill points? I was thinking about making a magic user, but I'm not sure which spells are worth it. Besides the lich king and core dweller what else did you end up getting?

progres in teh transfer, i have now got a carcter from an other key show up then you start teh game, but i seem to misst some code since the only the name is showd and if you try to start it justtake you back to the carcter selecting screen. but hay that is progress. but now this is a 7kb file the real lvl 30 profile is 54kb and alot more code but thats just my lvl and stuff. now i just have to find thos lines that is missin. will report back then more progress is made.

loved diablo 2, think its still better then Titan quest because of the blood and gore and the more deeper going into evil and hell, and the amazing movies ofc
but titan quest is a very good game
i first was warfare+spirit since i though well if its like diablo spellcasters wont be as strong in the beginning as melee
well i founded a shitload amount of bleu caster gear, so i decided to make a caster
storm mastery
.... oke this isnt that bad at all ... this is kinda imba
shooting with my staff alone i can 2 shot mobs , i had to do this with my warrior to exept i had to have frenzy and good weapons
that aura from the storm caster is also very good
with my warrior i was almost constantly taking in hp and mana pots for whirlwind and stuff
with my caster i hardly drink at all
i think caster classes are more powerfull in this game then melee
overall i must say the game isnt really that hard, maybe on a higher mode, but that i dont know

Game is nice but really lacks of gore and blood. 6.5/10 because of that.(can`t believe they put no gore in the game...)
Otherwhise it would get a 8.5/10.

Has anyone gotten this to work on Hamachi any longer time? Me and my friend is trying to get a lan game going but it insta crashes as soon as one of us joins the others hosted game. Can it be becouse im using the reloaded crack on the unleashed ver?

Wtf... are the characters clientside? fucking lame, I remember when Diablo 2 used to have clientside characters, so many edited characters... but Blizzard made 'em server side, so all was good.

A fix is out by reatiVE , seems to fix the crashes, it replaces a lot of the folders and...

the fix is out everywhere but it didnt work for me it still crashes, but mostly the memory crash thing now, altough i just got the send, dont send thing. This might be like gang land or whatever it was.

Turn off your PC, pop a DVD in your player, click PLAY. You've found the perfect form of entertainment 
The devs. are right, manual combat proves to be a more engaging and immersive experience. If I want a more RPG centric game I'll go play Neverwinter Nights. This is Diablo reborn with a facelift. Good stuff.

Guys how do i recover my old save game ? i decided on a format but i kept the save game from my documents when i load titan quest the character isnt showing up!
