I have CureROM 1.2.2 and I still have the memory error... I guess you meant 1.2.2 as you posted 1.2 right ?

It's rather easy, actually.
1. Mount the .mds in Daemon Tools 4.03HE.
2. Set emulation options: RMPS ON.
3. Download Pr0t.St0p (google it) and run it. Hide all virtual drives.
4. Download Securom Loader 1.2 (google it).
5. Right dlick on Titan Quest.exe and choose compatibility mode for Win98/Me, also check the bottom two options.
6. Run Securom Loader and point to the Titan Quest executable.
That worked for me and a lot of people. No crashes anymore.

Now if someone could please help me with a gameplay problem. I finished the 'kill the mintaur' quest and the commander tells me to go find the oracle. However, I cannot find the village. I searched pretty much everywhere. Can someone help me? Where must I go or what shoud I do?

Really nice game. Its not a mouse click fest as some say. It has quite nice fighting system. And those who don’t get it: hold the mouse button down and you don’t have to click forever.
The visuals are good and nice but it could use some more life exept monsters 
And a full 3D view would be really nice in this game. It has so beautiful graphics its just sad that you cant c it all by turning the camera.
But I really wanted to ask you how does this game crash for you? I mean what happens: does it kick you to desktop or smt like that? Mine just started crashing when I advanced in the game (@ first no problems). The game just freezes. I can’t to anything. Its just like: sound and everything just freezes and I have to press the restart button.
The reason I’m asking this is because I want to know if this could be my PC fault not the game.

raaah of course I tried this already! And it doesnt work, because I wouldn't ask...
I have win2000 so I want to have an answer from peeps using win2k ONLY.

Well, you'd probably have it easier with Earth Mastery as a secondary mastery to your Warfare, since Earth Mastery is less casting with a pretty nice tank summon.
But I wouldn't worry so much about spirit not working good for you as a secondary, the Lich King pwns later on, sure, he'll be fragile, but trust me, in the end he can tank like an idiot with his life stealing skill. And he one hits enemies several levels over him (that is, if you spec on only him and nothing else.).
Also, a suggestion, don't take the second Summon from Spirit Mastery (the one at the top), it rocks, but it's only for 30 seconds and it has a long recharge. Much better to just buff Lich King up. He's far better than that Outsider or whatever name it is.And also, as soon as possible get that Wraith skill (for your lich king), it decreases loads of damage on him and also makes it so enemies will target the king less.
Anyhow, that's my two cents. I love spirit, such a nice mastery.
And oh, Death Chill is pwnage at later levels, totally nerfs everything. =) |

how do I kill that centaur cheftain at the Spartan war camp. I dont do any damage to him whatever I use. I am at level 5 and I dont have the strength or money to buy most of the good weapons. All I get is the bronze axe and 2 magic staffs, both useless.

how do I level up. I am just doing the main quests. I die too much on the side quests, I spent almost 1 hour trying that quest and finally gave up. After that I jsut ran to the Spartan warcamp without fighting any of the monsters. If I had stayed I wont have reached the camp anytime soon.

well, i had it working last night without any problems, now all of a sudden its telling me to insert original disk, guess ill be waiting for a crack or a sure fire method to get it working(tried all of the ones in this topic)

That works for some, what also works for many is:
1. Mount in DT 4.03
2. Set emulation options: ALL OFF
3. Run Pr0t.St0p
4. Right dlick on Titan Quest.exe and choose compatibility mode for Win98/Me, also check the bottom two options
5. Run asr.exe from titan quest dir

Never mind, I finally found the way ... it's at the top of the Spartan commander map (something Valley), a little bit to the left of the canyon the centaur master was in, in case anyone had the same problem.

Tried CureROM Lite Beta 3 and it doesn't work for me, maybe I'm missing correct procedure.
BTW combination protstop+asr works for me flawless
