I cant get this game to run at all Sad

ive tried mounting the image in both Alcohol 120 + Daemon Tools
and even burnt the game to disc, used SecuROM Loader 1.2. + CureROM 2.0.2

and still cant get the bloody thing to work!!!

keep getting the following message

Please insert the original disc instead of a backup (1000).

someone please release a NO-DVD patch for this Smile

Am I the only one that can't get past the music selection page? My entire computer freezes after that.

Ive tried it with curerom and securerom 1.2 with the latest daemontools... Sad

I loaded the image with dt 4.03, installed it, ran securom loader 1.2 and it loaded fine.
After winning a race i've had it freeze couple times too but thats it, guess it works for some and not for others.

At the start of the 2nd race my computer locks up solid.

RELOADED Release.

No fix I can find yet...
Tried graphics settings, latest drivers...
DELETED.

This game is messed up.
I installed it and it would crash 2 seconds after the race started.
Found out about the vsync issue.
Turned it on, and the speed became normal and I could actually play.
Got to the 3rd stage and then the same crash as before.
Locks up. High pitch tone. Blue screen of death and then computer reboots.
