yup had the same error with Oblivion - but i found the trouble maker it was WMP 9 , becoz Oblvion uses WMP 10 drivers to open the mp3 files and if you don`t have it installed this game crashed right after the king left through the door in the tutorial when the second tool tip is showed .
Maybe this is the same error , will suck this game later when i delete some stuff from my hdd and test it |

The RMPS emulation of Alcohol doesn't work? You have to use DT's RMPS emulation?

Well, the burning option worked for me... or at least I think it did since I played it for about 40 minutes without a crash. I noticed I stil have the same problem I did in the demo where it would drop in fps as soon as I walked near a dungeon and entered it. To fix it I simply go into options menu and and toggle AA on or off.

Pro's
-Awsome graphics , best graphics in a hack n slash ive ever seen Grass moves , water splashs , day and night cycles , seemless in and out of dungeons no loading screens with brilliant inside graphics.
-Easy to master controls
-Cool sound effects
-Easy to follow quests and sub quests
-Easy to follow map
-Best hack n slash game since diablo, for me its better than diablo far far better
-Rather large skills , with DUAL wield! cool spells alot of different sets of skills you can take to make a good character
Cons
- Could do with perhaps limited saves , whereby if you are forced to go out you can save near a point perhaps one save per game or something. It can put you back VERY!
- Prepare for RSI Smile
- Shadows are fucked with ati cards, perhaps its this beta cats 6.6 but all the shadows look abit too blocky for my liking
- Performance can be a problem in some areas if you have vsync on , sometimes ive seen it dive to 12fps because of a bunch of baddies got huddled together. Kill those Guys and frame rates go back to normal only seen this a few times. though. Frame rates could also be alot better in towns, the odd stutter aswell.... though inside buildings and caves its perfectly fine.

Open multiplayer with characters stored client-side is a MAJOR con to me.

Client side is def gonna lead to problems...
On another note maybe when we are all able to play this without crashing we could form up a "legit game" and go throught it all, that is if anyone is interested...

Hy, this is random crash make the bug.. the game not compatible integrate sound devices.. please disable your sound card in bios menu, and play the game.. sry my bad english;)

It reset my computer every 2-3 hours when playing, I also have problems with my soundcard (AC97).

and if I only have a integrate sound device, waht do i do then.

I say driver or re-instal. I say mostly re-instal sice what you are geting is waht happens tehn texture is missing.

Just did what you said and the crashes are still there. It´s probably a protection or game issue.

I can confirm that burning the game via Alcohol 120 with RMPS worked, and the 1.2 securom loader did NOT work. If you want to play this game without crashes, burn it via the above posted method. Otherwise, enjoy your crashes :I
