i wonder... could it be for the installed codecs.. i remember lots of game having problem with certain codec packs.. Confused

the game runs ok but i noticed the game crashes every time i try to speak with the trader in the first village does this bug happen to anyone else?

Burned with Alcohol.120.v1.9.5.3823 and went with the settings specified in the nfo , then uninstalled alcohol and put virtual driver in daemon tools to 0 and enabled all emulation in daemon tools.

Works fine, no need for compat mode Cool Cool

I cant even burn it cause just after choosing the image file to burn it says "not enough space to start on cd" or something like that even tho I have a good dvd blank disk...Anyone seen that before ?

It does work with the combination of the 2 also but it still crashes randomly for me anywere it wants to in the game

And btw it looks like Im going to have alot of fun with this game and my friends. I manage to beat the Chaman in the woods tho before it started to crash again.....bummer!!

you dont have to uninstall the a120.. just disable the virtual drives it has because the securom won't run if it detects virtual drives..... and close the tray icon it shows.. that's it.. no uninsallation.. the a120 is quite a powerfull burning program that shouldn't miss from any gamer that gets their games froum this sources Very Happy...

well im guessing we wait a few more days till reloaded gets there hands on it just didnt get in the game where u can only choose one class of magic or strenghts which is a bit too bad but still looks like a great game

Ok All I have managed to get the game running for an hour now without crashing.

You need to burn this one.

STEP 1

-Use latest alcohol 120%
-Open up the Image Burning wizard
-Choose the Titan Quest Image
-Tick to "ON" RMPS
-Leave everything else as is
-Press Start and Burn

STEP 2

-Uninstall Alcohol
-Right Click on the Daemon Tool tray Icon and choose "Disable Device" in Virtual CD/DVD Rom
-Tick to "ON" RMPS Emulation on the Daemon Tool tray Icon

STEP 3

-Install Game with the dvd you just burned
-Keep the disk into your Drive after Installation
-Start the game and Play
-Enjoy

I understand your point. I myself dont burn games much. I prefer using DT.
But for this one, if you can burn it, then do. Its well worthed.
The game is very interesting and fun.

This is anyhow a temporary solution for those (Like Myself) that want to play the game right now and cant wait for a proper fix.

in the Oblivion game, a simmilar crash happened fairly quickly after you entered the game. The problem was a file, mpeg2dmx.ax(or something like that), wich was in the windows/system32 folder and caused all the problems. Something related with the A/V codecs. Maybe it's the same problem here. Either the same file, or the codecs you have installed...

No you dont did you read my little tutorial ? Cause if you did you would of seen that this is the only solution if you dont want to experience crashes when playing.
