There was a midnight showing at my local theatre. I didn't go. But I am going to the 2 PM showing today so when I get back I'll let you guys know how it was.

Eh that's only 11 reviews as of now. But I don't expect it to get good reviews. A lot of people hate Paul Anderson and his movies. I think he's ok. I liked Mortal Kombat and Resident Evil and I really liked Event Horizon.

Well I just came back from the 2:00 showing. Movie started kinda late. When I got to the theater I heard someone pressed the fire alarm and everyone had to get out. Anyway after waiting in a long line at the consession stand I didn't get in until like 2:05-2:10. The movie still didn't start yet. Not even the previews. As soon as we got seats the previews started. Anyway here's my small review:
I thought the movie was ok. Some good action in it. Wasn't that bad. It's better than Alien: Resurrection. Movie was really dark and at times you couldn't really see what was going on. Wasn't too bad gore wise. There's plenty of Alien and Predator blood in the movie though. I wished it was R but not for more gore. I wished it was R cause there were these annoying kids the the row behind me. They were more to the right but I could still easily hear them. They would be like "shoot them! shoot them!" and be like "aww man" when the alien popped out of the person's chest. Anyone who saw an Alien movie would know after a facehugger falls off the person's face an alien will pop out of the person's chest.
Oh yeah i thought the movie was pretty true to its Alien routes. Not like resurrection where you have all these weird aliens.
Here's a thing about the ending. Not spoiling anything really but it annoyed me. But anyway I'll put the tags up. *POSSIBLE SPOILER* the people making the movie said that they're not coping out like Freddy vs Jason and that there was gonna be a definite winner. They lied. *END OF POSSIBLE SPOILER*

Saw the Nox Release...
It is watchable... the croud cheers screams, laughts and is annoying when you can hear em....
anyway sound is decent with the right settings and pic is kinda.... decent...
theres an angle from the left and a bit shaky in the beginning...
Colors is quite nice...
anyway if you plan to skip a cinema dont watch this release if you are desperate...
Movie was kinda ok nothing more... and short! really short!
/me goes to watch Aliens Special Edition again.

Yea both are neck and neck with me. I just liked Alien slightly better. I'm more of a horror fan than an action.
