ff7 could be fun, but will probably require 3.0 
yes field commander works fine daxed, are you having problems running other new games? if you can run monster hunter or 007, then youll have no problems running this - runumd loadexec, alloc on (although ive heard off works too)

I'll upgrade for FF, SH and MG! Also for the PS emulator if they do it right and put the games out either very cheaply or let you use your old ones!

I read there was a fix for the US version on maxconsole, but I didn't look for it, or try it..
