I am just gettin the RLD version, Should I mount in daemon tools then install. Run the 1.1 patch then copy the crack dir over.
Have I got it right ??

Get what ever, Mount with DT. Install, Patch it! and then use Securom Loader 1.2. Dont use any crack or what have you!.

Finally! Now the game runs PERFECT, I stopped playing after that suburb level, the performance issues were so ridiculous. Now I can play this game the way it was meant to be played.
Also ASR does work with this patch.

To mount an image in daemon tools: launch daemon tools, right click its icon in the taskbar (by default a red one with a flash) > Virtual CD/DVD-ROM > Device 0 > Mount image.

A witness is someone seeing you killing, knocking down or dragging a body, they will make your notoriety rating rise, like CCTV cameras if you are caught on them. This is bad coz people and guards will be more suspicious during this mission or the next ones, you can lower that notoriety rating by bribing/corrupting people via a menu at the end of the mission.
For me the best mission rating is to have killed all targets by "accident" without being seen nor have killed someone else, you will have a silent assassin rating, the exact number of your targets categorized as "accident" and zero everywhere else.
There is a nice website http://www.hitmanforum.com, where you will find everything about hitman and likely the mission ratings explanations. |

umm.. is there a crack for the new patch yet? I will prolly use ASR but the crack is much nicer. >< Edit- Updated and am using asr now D: The crack is still prefered.... >< But the patch is great. I wasn't having any issues to begin with but this made my fps rise from 50-60 range to the 70-80 area. (edited the fps. checked with fraps and my original edit was wrong. I stay in the 75-80 area while in the building at the crows mission. This is with VSYNC on so I dunno my true FPS.) thanks to whoever posted the patch info.
