Its against the law. If you try to suicide and you fail, you go to jail. So yeah, its a crime.

maybe he will get psychiatrist's help first? and if suicide will repeat they will lock up that girl/boy with PSYCHOS

No, not Norway. But USA, and many other countries(the girl in a movie posted on break an many other sites like that had to go to jail after she was saved by some people when she jumped from a roof). In norway you can just kill someone with an axe and say you don't remember anything and that you come from a country with war, and have mental sufferings because of that. And yeah, many people utilize that.

yeah, there are like shitloads of those iraqis and fags from there who say that.
That one guy who tried to capture a plane in norway, and hit the pilots with a axe.
He just said that a voice in his head told him to do so, and then he went free.
All he needed to do was go to a psychiatrist hospital for some months.
And many people who kill here just say that a voice tell them to do it or that they got bad memories from theire childhood.
They all go free..

people who claim mental problems and commit a crime shouldnt be sent to the worse mental institution possible. That way if they really werent insane they will become it and if they were insane then pull um out in a month because you can seperate the sane from the insane with some cameras and microphones hidden very well.
