when im doing transaction as this guy with dna briefcase nothing happens. i mean courier takes briefcase with mine in it, takes it to other target, he opens it, dies and nothing :/ im standing in front of arabish guy and cant get out cause bodyguards are attacking me :/ so i dressed as a waiter, walked nearby, tossed the mine under arabish guy feet and blown him away

Instead of killing the South African, try just putting a mine in his briefcase and letting him do his thing. He'll go to the sheik, and then the courier will leave the Scientist's room with the diamond case. Wait in the hatch of one of the elevators, when the courier with the diamonds tries to go downstairs, strangle him through the elevator hatch. Take his clothes, keycard, and briefcase. Use this to get on the 8th floor, walk into the scientist's room. Wait in the bedroom closet, when he comes in kill him, hide his body in the bathroom. Leave and go back to near the sheik and South African, trigger mine, leave with the briefcase.

i tryied for ex. shoot scientist with sniper from my balcony u have for that just few second cause he spots u and ran away imagine killing him with his scared face i also accidentaly pushed off balcony waiter which smokes i just didnt noticed that i havent got syringe on me there is strange thing though. guard never goes that way but whatever u do to this waiter he always shows up :/ and i did one more thing. i planted mine before blondie guy was supposed to take it to shake and forgot about it and later when i was doing that mine thing on shake with second mine, bomb in briefcase in room of that blondie guy exploded triggering fire alarm and showers hahaha so much fun with one level

Get in the house, go toward the restroom, pass the window, use sedative on the guard, sneakly take his clothes and put him in the box on the left, watch in this process at one of the target that come from the left and can see you, just follow that target that will go to a graveyard, push him in the pit, go to the attic of the house, plant a bomb on the top of the main room's left hanging lamp, go to this main room, wait the second target to try to play piano, detonate, take back your original suit clothes, escape.
