What graphics card do you have? And are you using your newest drivers?

Swebarb: Please resize your pic, it's a bit too large.

Any progress on the performance issue?

Ok you must have missed the point of this entire thread. It's not a graphics card issue, as most people here get 5FPS whether they are running at 640x480 with everything off, or 1280x960 on high. There are short perdiods of smooth frame rates then it's back to jerking. It's a bug somewhere, whether it's driver related or game related.

dont think its a driver issue since it works for some people but for others with the same card/drivers it doesnt...

I know, i know. But i tought people maybe didn't try to set everything as low as they could. Because i got 5-6fps at defult(don't remember the res) Anyway, i turned off lots of shit and it got better. And the reason i quoted feyenoord4ever is because iv got an radeon9800pro. And if he have the latest drivers+directx it should theoretically work just fine.

What card do you have Jon? Because I already have fast-writes enabled in the BIOS and even on the lowest possible settings it runs so abysmally it's not funny.

Im' having the same problems as well. For some reason, the FPS stays extremely low even when runnin on minimum settings. My specs:

AMD Athlon64@2,2GHz
1GB RAM
GeForce 7800GS w/ 84.43 drivers
SB Live!
Logitech G7 cordless mouse

I have Fastwrite enabled already, so changing that won't help.

My Fastwrite has been off all the time in BIOS and therefor also in WonXP... Sad

P.L.E.A.S.E. let the suggestions come out. we need all the feedback we can get

Try to post as many info you can get from your system (BIOS/drivers/system specs/drivers) and then reports us what you did to get it better.

Thanks!
