Well Sayid figured it out... The Others wan't just those guys for a reason, and i guess they didn't figure it out that Michael will lead them into a trap. That's why he didn't wan't anyone else. To avoid snoopy guys like Sayid. Oh well i don't know. I think this episode was pretty good, Gave us some more theories about The Others aswell.

Who would take a big Hurley to a sneak mission like this one instead of taking combat exp Sayid ? Of course everyone else thinks that this is Michael call but ffs... Hurley for a mission like this ?And no one is getting a second thought about it ?

I have to agree with Under, it is beyond stupidity, like in cheap Hollywood movies there people make the dumbest things just to make the story work. It's not just about Hurley, Michael wants only these exact four/five ? people with him, but not the only person with war experience on the Island. And what about his story about the others. Before Michael came back they thought that these others were some highly dangerous killers, but they believe him without a single doubt that they are only some primitive idiots wich they can defeat in no time. Michael said they only have two guns, wich can't be true, because they gave the others more than two guns when they went looking for him. Yet, no one has any doubts.
I bet they start arguing next week whether to believe Sahid or Michael, and in the end they will belive Michael, just to make the story work.
dont be so hard. The last 4-5 episodes were exciting and entertaining. I wonder what will happen with the boat in the last episode. I suspect we'll have to wait until season 3 to find out who is in the boat
Yeah that guy is called desmond and it's odds on to be him as he supposedly crash landed on the island in a boat (he was sailing around the world just after he met Jack if he's to be believed in the flashback).

And Michael is kinda blinded with the idea that he will get his son back.
Even Henry told that they won't exchange him for Walt. Even Other said to Michael how important Walt is for them and after all he thinks that they will just swap him for F4 ?
And one more thing : Does Jake and rest of the gang doesn't know that Other's village is a fake one ? Claire story about that place whey they kept her ... where they want to raise her child.
Even after they found that fake beard ... clothes and so on they still think the Others are just a bunch of rednecks ? Bravo for them...
Time for Eko now : He made 180degree spin ... He's new religion reminds me the Sugababes song "Push the Button" but from 2x23 promo I think that we will finally know what happen when they don't pust this goddamn button (despite of those egypt pics at counter)
