It's because you don't look like one of those tourists. Theres a guy whos drunk and he goes outside for a piss, take him out (best to use the sedative) and then steal his clothes. Then they'll lets you go on the tour.
You can slip away from the tour, take out your target and then sneak back into the group before they know whats happend. You have to time it right though.
You can get the best rating this way, because the guy was so pissed they assume he passed out because he was drunk and everyones none the wiser!

The game is nice, runs pretty good on my system. The save system is pure crap IMO.

In the necklace of that wife. Shes in the house, or outside in the swimming pool.. Tricky to kill her, just make sure there is no fed close to you when you take her out..Thats not easy as you will see a lot of feds over there. After you killed her you can take the microfilm  . If you dress like a clown, the wife flirts with you and asks you to go to some room.. Its easier to kill her that way, as the two of your are all alone in that room .
I`m busy with that parade-level.. Damn, its pretty hard. First the map showed me where both birds where (I had an walkie talkie), but then I failed the mission as the politican was killed by the Yellow Bird. I restarted the mission, killed 2 out of 3 targets, but I cant find the yellow (male) bird anymore, even with the Walkie Talkie it doesnt show up on the map  . |
I've already found it. Easiest way to get it is to dress like a clown - she'll ask you to entertain her 
Mardi Gras mission is amazing, LOTS of people on the streets and no slow-down at all

Hey..Well..I have a huge problem..I have now, seriosly, tried EVERYTHING. I think I have installed the game and reinstalled it 10 times with different settings on DT 403.
Ive tried Securom Loader(newest one) and CureRom 201.
Ive uninstalled and installed, tried one of them then the same thing with the other one.
I have read all the posts I could find..done all the things they have said...Why wont it work?
I get a message everytime..its on swedish and it says "En obligatorisk säkerhetsmodul kan inte startas (7000)." Translated it means: An obligatory safetymodule can not start (7000).
Anyone? Please? I have posted on the Tech forum but I am hoping to get an awnser so I post here aswell..Thanks

Pros:
-Beautiful locales
-Beautiful women
-Varied mission designs
-Noteriety and Upgrade system add a reason to complete missions cleanly
-Silky smooth inhouse game engine.
Cons:
-Shittiest save system ever devised (you lose the saves if you don't finish a mission, can't quit mid mission or you lose those saves)
-80% trial and error , 20% luck (an AI facing 1 degree left or right can mean the difference between if he spots you doing something or not)
-M4, MP5, and SPAS are completley useless (unless you want to mass murder. good luck finishing the game with such negative cleanup fees and high noteriety)
-AI can INSTANTLY broadcast your location to others (even on Normal)
What they should have done:
Seperated missions into Planning and Execution (no pun intended) stages.
In the planning stage you can scope out the target area, figure out what weapons are worth bringing, determine guard/trouble spots, and gather further info for the mission.
This would eliminate 80% of the Save, Try, Die, Load that this series is notorius for. Such an easy solution, yet the poor developers can't get their head around it
Kept a tally, I think I only noticed two ugly bitches throughout the entire game heh.
Not enough opportunities presented to use the sniper rifle or heavy equipment however (does that Upgraded Sniper Rifle case serve any purpose whatsoever?)
Overall, 8.5 / 10 (minus for trial and error bullshit, shitty save system)
I can never be free, because the shackles I wear can't be touched or be seen.

Is there supposed to be shells ejecting from weapons in this game? If so it's not working for me. I've everything else working with the graphics turned up to the max.
Also, does the give all cheat make anyone elses game crash?

It's in a little cave at the bottom. You can walk down on a small path on the side of the cliff.

Great game I finally managed to play it last night and it defaulted to high setting while still being silky smooth, niceee ^^
