It seems that Silent Hill 2 DC doesn't want to work on new my drivers, however, I don't really intend to downgrade. Konami replied me to disable motion blur and the flashlight will be displayed correctly again (now it doesn't give any light), the problem is, who to do that? I cannot find any option connected with MB. Maybe there is a progral like that that will force the game run without motion blur enabled?
