I always have to laugh when an American says this, when they owe their independance because of France. Ignorance eh, you got to love it. I wish the history books in the USA were more than republican propaganda.

The Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) is a self-regulatory organization that applies and enforces ratings, advertising guidelines, and online privacy principles for computer and video games in the United States and Canada (officially adopted by individual provinces 2004-2005). It was established in 1994 by the Interactive Digital Software Association. By early 2003, it had rated over 8,000 titles submitted by 350 publishers. Many believe that the ESRB may promote media restriction, while others think that it is necessary for software to have content ratings. The decision to found the ESRB was influenced by the graphic "fatality" killing moves of Mortal Kombat and other controversial video games depicting violent or sexual situations at the time, and by pressure from the United States government. |
Thats a nice copy and paste

I remember Hitman 2 had 3 ratings or something here... 15, 16 and 17+ mature.
All from different companies.

I think that if they have changed the rating because of the 3rd party hack, that's simply insane, but if it's for the blood and the gore, that's ok.

"Suicide" is from the latin "sui caedere". In french "suicide" is the name and "se suicider" is the verb (e.g "ils se sont suicidés" = they committed suicide). That was just a bad translation from her, you should now understand why

Get a life 'tard, you should look what was the military history of France by yourself and stop whining because they were right on the iraqi fiasco (0 WMD), and that you are prompt to jump on every neo-nazi/xenophobic/bigotry stance that erupt from your loved propaganda...
They lost around 1.587.800 soldiers fighting the germans in the 20th century, while the US lost "only" 533.300 soldiers in the same task, and some ignorants in the US still think that they won by themselves, lol (FYI the russians took Berlin, and twelve countries -Free French Forces as commando Kieffer included- take place in the Battle of Normandy), moreover they only get involved when they were directly targeted: the Zimmermann telegram (jan. 1917) then Pearl Harbor (dec. 1941), years later, while the British and others were here from the start and don't ridiculously argue with this everyday...
Without the frenchs the USA may be still a part of the british empire ("French involvement proved decisive, with a naval victory in the Chesapeake leading to the surrender of a British army at Yorktown in 1781" dixit wikipedia), but since their are not as arrogant as they are described by morons, and that they know what is really war when it is on your soil, they don't argue everytime with the military topic as the all-in-one -pathetic- argument.
I would add that the early defeat of France during the WW2 is caused by a mix of antic weapons versus an efficient Blitzkrieg, an impoverished France (1929 crisis added to a demographical problem -1.400.000 young men lost during 1914-1918 war) versus a war machine, and the treason of some of the high-rank officers (issuing orders to throw the weapons while soldiers on the battlefield wanted to continue the fight, those officers got what they want in the infamous fascist Vichy regime that took place afterwards).

America's fault -NO-BLAME CANADA!
Blame Canada
South Park Parents
Times have changed,
Our kids are getting worse
They won't obey their parents,
They just want to fart and curse. Should we blame the government, or blame society, or should we blame the images on tv No!
Blame Canada! Blame Canada
With all their beady little eyes,
their flapping heads so full of lies
Blame Canada!
Blame Canada!
We need to form a full assault, it's Canada's fault! Don't blame me, for my son Stan, He saw the darn cartoon, and now he's off to
join the klan!> And my boy eric once, had my picture on his shelf, but now when I see him, he tells me to fuck myself>
Well, Blame Canada!
It seems that everything's gone wrong since
Canada came along
Blame Canada!
Blame Canada! They're not even a real country anyway. My son could of been a doctor or a lawyer, it's a true, Instead he burned up like a piggie on a barbecue> Should we blame the matches? Should we blame the fire, or the doctor who allowed him to expire. Heck no!
Blame Canada!
Blame Canada!
With all their hockey hubaloo and that bitch Anne Murray too. Blame Canada!
Shame on Canada!
The smut we must stop
The trash we must smash
Laughter and fun
must all be undone
We must blame them and cause a fuss
Before somebody thinks of blaming us!

love the world war 2 debates...everyone is biased in some way.
It is true tho, alot of americans think the US did alot more than it really did do. They were pivotal, for sure...but so was canada and the british, russians and, in france, the french resistance. The Allied Nations need to act together as no one nation could take the nazi war machine by itself. Great display of unity i'd say...to bad its been distorted throughout the years and the sentiment of allied isnt shared anymore.

The only reason the US joined the war is because they had something to gain from it.
