Wooa, waking up to this. Very Happy Bitching about console-ports. haha.. ya right, Its obvious that half of the people here just say that becuz they ..have to.. Play the game and stop whining about gfx, Its nothing to good looking, thats right.. But its decent, I will give It a wirl In co-op this weekend.

And yea, SHOULD be AA.. Thats just fooked up.. Every game should have it imo.
And there some minor other "bugs" that needs fixing.

I had problems inntalling this. IF anyone encounters the same problem (error 6001), here's the solution:

This InstallShield error indicates a corrupt version of InstallShield is installed on your computer. To correct this issue, simply delete the following folder from your computer and attempt to run the installer again:

I know... i had the same error and googled it. The problem was that i didn't have that dir. I had C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Installshield-old
But i searched for installshield and found another dir. Deleted the file inside with the name 701. And the install started. 2nd game iv had that problem with.

Stupid port , the story and some dialogs are inserted in this game but this game is a hole new game ahmm concept yeah that sounds better - no TPP (fuck i loved it) but a forced FPP, new maps , and no xbox360 grafical effects it looks like they ported the ps2 game grafics and not the xbox360 one

I really need to get a new computer this game is not running no where close to smooth on my machine i have a athlon xp2100, 512 mb ram and ati 9500 pro. oh time to upgrade but it's not in the budget at the moment. that's where plenty overtime comes in. lol. this game so far has brought my computer to a halt. LOL

It is a port it has the same gameplay, history and dialogue.
This is a excellent port where it was decided to build the whole game up again and I must say it was quite succesful. I like how it reminds me of the good old Ghost Recon. And I like the huge improvement in Urban enviroment. Though where the hell is the civilians? They appeared in the previous installments :/ and where is that darn quick save Sad

When i run the game the envoriment is black and i only see the sky in colour.(orange)
This is the first mission so i tried to change some settings but i dont know what the problemn is.

ermm to clear things up here (speaking from experience) the ps2 and the xbox version are..NOTHING LIKE the pc version..which in turn is NOTHING like the xbox360 version. Having tried all versions of this game the only thing thats the same is the story nothing else..and the xbox360 version is hands down better for no other reason than its just a better game all round. I'd hoped the pc version would be the killer one but its not so imho grin dropped the ball on this one
