Updating drivers didn't help even a bit, still the same fps, 15-20... unplayable...

Keit make sure u have it set on high preformance in the driver controls? Makes a huge difference in some few games. (got me 15fps extra in oblivion due to the texture optimizations that high preformance gives... grass...)

yes it needs a key
the meathod mentioned in the nfo works i turned all emulation options on in DT4 after burning and installing laucnhed the game it took about half a minute to go thru the disk authentication process then launched into the game. I'm liking it so far, the beginning where you jump out of the plane looks cool amazing draw distance.
But please why are these games calling something HDR that isnt HDR shiny lights that reflect from surfaces arent HDR if you look the exposure of the light doesnt change, its just fancy post processing bloom stuff not true HDR

I just played the demo for 20 min and i'm totally digusted by the lack of antiliasing (even if i force it via the panel it don't seem to make a difference) and the horrible texture shimmering/crawling on almost every objects.Habitually i'm one of those gameplay over graphics type (and the gameplay does look good) but this is just innaceptable imho.I hope that these problems are not present in the full retail game because otherwise i won't touch it.It may be a drivers problems too so i'm still going to hold my final judgement for when i play the full version with a set of drivers optimized for it.
Still a bad first impression though...........

one thing that bothers me in this game (only tried the demo) that when you have a really huge and powerful gun and you shoot @ the car door class aiming to the wall next to the car then the bullet only breaks the class but doesn't continue to the wall. In short: class stops a bullet. Like WTF this game should be the new the powerful the ultra game but that is just stupid. I haven't found any other class besides on cars so I really hope that this isn't with all the class windows in this game.
And cars DONT stop bullets. And still i can take cover behind the cars (if you dont believe me then watch mythbusters where they tried what happens when you use big ordinary guns and shoot at regular car with it).
And the graphics look like the same shit that was in the Rainbow Six Lockdown game. And the dont look anything special to me (tried the highest settings that are available in the demo)
But I will try out the full version. Hope there is a tutorial or smt like that because I never played this series before.

from what other people have been saying about the 9800 on various forums theyve been running it on low settings 800x600

haha.. Wicked! But, the demo was kinda disappointing. The game doesnt look that good...The 360 version looks 5 times better. Well, more options In the full one, Large textures and some AA and shit. (I hope)
