Seems its too unstable to even bother. One hack and you'll be stuck and can't play dlc's etc that require higher firmwares

well of course since it's not "pwned for life", every time Sony will release a new firmware you'll be stuck with new firmware games. Was the same with PS3 initially and PS4 and now PS5. It's still a breakthrough because you can get any current game and DLC. 14.00 released just a few days ago so most games should be dumpable for now... until discs are updated to 14.00 (GTA 6 isnt on disc anyway so it will need 14.00 at the very least just to connect to PSN).
Star Wars Galactic Racer, Ace Combat 8, and others releasing in the upcoming weeks should be 13.60 still.
If you intend to wait for a "jailbreak forever", you'll be disappointed because this will probably not happen for a while if at all. PS4 is still not hacked forever publicly.

Yeh this is massive despite what some think. Anyone can pick up a PS5 in any shop, and download and play the entire back catalogue.

What do you mean, "stuck"? That's the case with every hack and jailbreak I've ever seen on consoles, you are locked into what is available on that FW. Downgrades exist to a certain extent, but should never be taken for granted.

WEll now i havent had a Sony console hacked since PS3. They were quick with updates. Now it feels unstable. That's all i'm saying

I jailbroke my PS4 when it was a few years old. It did occasionally crash, but apart from that it worked fine. I would expect it to be similar here, but haven't looked too deep for now. I will wait a few weeks for this to be refined.

13.60 jailbreak works fine, just leave ps5 in rest mode. When new firmware comes out with new jailbreak update firmware manually via usb and jailbreak again. It's really that easy now.

I am still on 10.40, previously reluctant to upgrade. But now there doesn't seemt to be a difference between all those FWs anymore?

You should know by now that stormwolf is always bitter. Yes this is huge and this is the only way to play Star Wars galactic racer and ace combat 8 for free.
As far as I know they use denuvo on PC. As a bonus you get to play wolverine, ghost of yotei complete edition and what not.
With 6-7 games headshot recently bought you can get yourself a new ps5 and the entire catalog including dlcs. What s not to like really?

It is not. I am playing them on my PC pirated. No HV bypass either.

Its not about bitter, its about using my head. If the scene gets taken down and my ps5 pro gets banned, im out of a console. My ps5 pro is a lot more expensive than trivial ps4 was.
