What was the last game that was announced that it will be released FOUR YEARS from now?
This... 'FOUR YEARS' feels so... incompetent, disappointing and almost insulting.
Think pretty much every Blizzard game so far. WoW announced in 2001 and released on 2004. Starcraft 2 announced 2007, released - 2010. Even the infamous Diablo Immortal mobile trash was announced 4 years before its release. They always have at least 3 years in between. Only the expansions are announced within few months.

Yeah, actually it's an improvement to announce the year in advance. Used to be "It will be released when it's ready" and "Soon™ "before Activision got them.

The trailer really slaps, I have to admit. 100% authentic SC vibe.
I played SC2 without end, damn, I loved that game.
But I don`t really have that much faith in Blizz, tbh. WoW was never my cup of tea. But Starcraft man ... my gaming childhood with BW, and then my early adulthood with SC2.
Ye, nobody makes RTS games anymore. Or you can only count 1-2 in per year. They know RTS are on deathbed and saw what huge success Helldivers 2 got. Then remembered people went wild back when StarCraft:Ghost was announced so they figured it's time for FPS game for StarCraft now. Just hoping you would be able to play with all 3 races and not just terran marines. And pray it won't be an extraction shooter because that would be dumb as fuck.

Funny that's exactly the inspiration they took for the game as said in this last video posted by Headshot. I never watched those series tho.

Think it's good idea for StarCraft. But would be cooler if you could play with different units or even factions similar to Alien vs Predator. Like being a Dark Templar or Hydralisk. But it's multiplayer game and probably gonna play as Marines only.
rts nowadays is just annoying as fuck to play ... i was a mega total war fan untill all the units go special abilities and it became a RPM who can click the fastest bullshit waste of time fest

total war coop with a NEW ENGINE with starcraft universe, that id buy ... but a mid shooter made by talentsless copy pasta cunts ... fuck no
total war even has the shooter part in it where u can take control of the cannons directly... fuck id like to be a bunker getting zerged for a short bit
