there is allegedly leaked footage out there which doesnt look that spectacular compared to exodus but who knows (leak looks either fake or from concept/early early alpha or supposedly/possibly from a frmer cancelerd metro game)

Well, it's NOT running on Unreal Angina 5 which is a HUGE plus. It's running on their own 4A engine.
I've got nothing to say about the game since I've only seen the hallucinogenic cinematic. At least it's nice to see the return of the dark ones. Not too fond of their design in the cinematic though; it removes some of the mystery. It doesn't matter in the end I guess.
We'll have to wait and see. I'm definitely looking forward to it. There's nothing else on the gaming horizon that I'm looking forward to anyway so it'll be a rare treat.

It feels nice to see a proper, immersive old-school FPS when ~90% of shooters these days are either online PvPees or have some form of rogue/extraction/co-op mechanics. Not to mention bullet-hell hybrids which belong to a specific circle of FPS hell (yes Doom: The Pong Ages, I'm looking at you too!)
And with Stalker 2.x.∞ finally starting to look tempting, at least I'll have some more jolly blyat times ahead.
