Im only interested in the pc files he seems to have, source would be nice but a beta build as pure runtime would be fine aswell, either way.
Dont care for story leaks or videos, lets see if the guy has the balls. The GTA V src is also a nice piece of architecture, was thinking its an old gen build but it was the newgen build... thats the stuff thats worthy

I was hoping he would be that smart to have copies lying around, hope its true and lets drink some tea to see how it evolves...
As much as i wanted the Game to be a huge success and time sink for myself (over 3200hours in V/Online) i dont mind to give Rockstar a lection for their greed and non consumerfriendly behaviours - should set a sign by a game of that magnitude and investment. Fingers crossed !

My take is that I don't mind watching lots of gameplay, places, etc, it'll still be a tiny fraction of what will be explorable in the game, but I will stay away from story spoilers, of course.

Looks 'meh' to me seeing them all. Not being cynical. Just not what I expected. Feels like GTA5 lightly visual moded and just played on a 'good' monitor, vibe.
And my only gripe is a pedantic one. Tire smoke for burnouts is still total crap. looks like badly rendered steam, that 'wafts' away in seconds and clips thur cars, and scenery.
Not a huge deal. but it's a often experienced thing in this mostly car centric game. Could have put SOME effort into it, more than this that just looks like a stock unity store asset tire smoke bundle.

Fair point, in the video it doesn't look next gen compared to GTA5 to me so much as "I turned the game up from normal to high in my settings".
I guess too it was I was hoping for a little less GTA5 feel. not graphics so much, but the camera/animation blending/whatever it is. Would be more...advanced and polished.
That thing that makes it 'feel' like GTA5. Which I cant blame them, GTA needs to 'feel' like GTA. Just was expected the jump in it like 4 to 5 had.
You get what I am saying? The longer static motion capture 'baked' animations looks amazing. But the transitional open world ones like getting in a car, out of a car, targeting someone, auto facing them to fight, switching from unarmed to armed, still have that...'I can tell I kerned into another animation, and they both feel copied' vibe.

i think in a direction comparison it would shit all over GTA 5, like the super detailed distance and a lot of other things.
If you are mostly going with how you remember GTA5 and how it looks, you would likely be surprised.
On the other hand, when its modded to the max and someone knows what they are doing in terms of WHEN to shoot the video (correct atmosphere, like in overcast) then it can look quite stunning. These videos for GTA6 arent that at all though, they're just random videos from whenever, no consideration for when to shoot it to make it look as good as possible. This is what Rockstar will hate for sure, they want that as directed as possible, not shown in this way.
And sure, graphics overall in games aren't providing such drastic changes as it did in 200X, its more subtle differences.
