Not potato computers but current gen consoles. These are old crap already, and it needs to run on them
Just like GTA5 was borked, planned features and physics decreased due to the consoles back then

Ive seen one thing on reddit where he drove and crashed a car in some industrial area and i think it looks ok, better as V thats granted even if only marginally in some places. But what i immediatly noticed and liked was the darkness in the back, not like V where you see at night crystal clear, here its realy obfuscating the surroundings...
Apart from that i cant say much, when the map is correct it looks like the size got doubled, at first glance it seems not that big but with the videos and zoomed in shots on the map its a different scale in comparsion, an small alley looks like its half as long as a highway froim V - so lots to do, all worth it... who knows.

@madmax17 I like that they have actual response time, unlike in the other games where they immediately turn up and spawn in the middle of nowhere
He could kick a police officer down and wasn't wanted when he died because no one was around.

One thing i noticed from the plane video that if you focus on the highway part at the beginning, then cars still randomly disappear/appear quickly. These days it should happen very late and/or when completely out of line-of-sight

The far away rendering of cars is very improved in fact, they drive at different speeds, take legit routes, regardless on PC it'll be very high to the point you don't even see where they disappear, whenever that is
