I've read a lot of complaints regarding the trojan horse. Apparently, the movie Troy is quite the reference now. Guess what, the horse from the movie Troy is not "historically accurate".

No version of the horse is historically accurate. There is no history to be accurate about. As far in as historians can tell the horse never existed outside of epic poet's imagination.
I'd wager the people fighting this weird movie war about it being 'wrong' online (not here but the overall noise) have very little if any Greek and Roman knowledge, and even less about Odyssey, Iliad or Aeneid.
Either way, it's a random summer movie about a poem 90% of the people never read, telling a story of fake events with fake people. Not trying to be an accurate educational video. why do they care so much?

I reckon it's more like a wish than a true wager. As a bet it's too obscurely defined.
If the wager was offered and a reasonable value. I'd put down my 1/2 of it. At least for the US. Only 1 person I know here in the US, ever read any of those fully. and that was in school because they had to. (Most just skimmed it and got the cliff notes yellow book for the test)
And most my friends or families knowledge of Greek and Roman history could be summed up by buying one of each photo postcard, in the tourist trap location there:

Oh, come on, man. You know how it's called. I know very little about it, people around me don't know shit about it, therefore others must be in the same boat of ignorance. That's your argument?
You put Romans and ancient Greeks in the same pile, that's your prerogative from the above argument,
but we both know you are only several not even very smartly worded Google searches away from finding
what some of the modern Ancient Greece scholars think about this interpretation,
what some of the modern Greeks think about it, having studied the Odyssey at their schools as compulsory subject.
What some of the professional critics find negative about the way the movie was constructed?
What even Emily Wilson, the woke as hell interpreter of the book, and whose work Nolan claimed he relied upon when filming the movie, has to say about Nolan's vision.
You basically search for criticism coming from the people in the know, not from GenPop crowd.
Greek and Roman both apply to the odyssey mythological tradition. I am not lumping the civilizations together. I am talking about the overlap in this particular mythos poem lineage, things like odysseus vs ulysses. Odysseus’s journey home is the same as Roman ulysses (well vice versa in order). It's the same Greek story.
And all your examples of what things those people might say are perfectly fine with me. It's the social media culture guard warriors slapping keyboards about the movie on both sides. The people 'in the know' and their opinions are fine with me.

Who..gives a fuck? It's a random ass movie, of no real importance, that will be a 'its on the DVD shelf collecting dust' in a year or two. Is people so offended they picked the wrong cast, but it wasn't the 'right' wrong cast. It was the 'wrong' wrong cast.

I'd be more inclined if I cared to be, that it could use any greek actors as a central figures. That doesn't seem to get mentioned nearly as much. So its about if it's the 'right' way to not use the correct race was used, and not the wrong way.
A greek epic poem, about a greek hero, with zero greek actors = Ok-ish. But one of the wrong race/ethnic actors to start with, is the wrong, type of wrong = Outlandish.
I don't care either way, just the genpop rabble seems to be oddly placed if it IS about accurate casting.
(We both know its not really about if the right ethnicity was used. Its about which was used, wearing the makeup of pretending to be about it's accuracy of casting.)

Out of 88 films that have opened over $100 million, those 23 are the only ones to drop less than 50%. Only 11 did it opening over $120 million, including now The Odyssey, whose 10-day total is at $286.3 million. That is the 26th best all time, and every film to have over $275 million in its first 10 days has reached at least $400 million. Depending on where the final numbers come in on Monday, The Odyssey just had the 13th-best second weekend of all time, passing Frozen II ($85.9 million) and (appropriately enough) Spider-Man: No Way Home ($84.52 million).
Just watched it. I thought it was fucking great. Questionable decisions were still bad, but fortunately minor parts of the movie.
My pretty conservative and anti-woke friends say the same.
After some slight research if there is one nitpick, it's that they made Odysseus a more emotionally broken man in the movie, while in the books he kinda was himself to the end. It wasn't necessarily bad, but it made for a strange ending.
