With all of this I would be getting ready to finally jailbreak my PS5. Unfortunately I am on 10.40, which means currently no active hacking
But maybe things will change before GTA comes out in November, who knows.

you can actually. You can restore a backup from another PS5 (google Gezine/Y2JB you will find it) with YouTube and its hacked save to jailbreak. No need for a disc drive or a special game.
No drive is needed for YouTube even if you never were on PSN to grab it.

Mind you, for > 12.00 firmware you can only use "Patience2Jailbreak" (AKA P2JB) which takes around 50min to... jailbreak! The good news is that it survives the rest/sleep mode.
