it can be released if they stick to just lighting. Redoing all assets in this game with volunteer free work is gonna take a century. Fallout london is a once in 50yrs mod.

I'm not saying they never happen they obviously do, but NV has a bazillion assets, so it has a bigger chance of being one of those "until it's ready" for 10yrs than releasing. esp relying on free labour.
Bethesda's probably gonna release a FO3/NV remaster à la oblivion one anyway.

Doesn't mean they're working on it. They do have a port of Skyrim to Switch behind them though. The other things they have done is very insubstantial.

Was their comment. Not that this HAVE to mean they're not working on it, could just be that they can't say anything, but it could be something like a port for Switch 2.
Most likely, a very small studio looking for attention..

These two remasters were the worst kept secrets in gaming, that and this announcement happening just after Microsoft figuratively took away their Fallout toy is what makes it beyond pathetic; the timing comes off as desperate.
I'm just done with Bethesda sitting on their ass, wasting time and resources on some slop FO TV show, ignoring both TES and FO franchises ("but guise, here's content for FO76 and TES: O") and now when they're rightfully so hit with layoffs crying victim.
So yeah, that's making me really really vicious and wishing that Microsoft just rips the studio open from top to bottom and spins both tes and FO to developers that while not being perfect, WILL at least release games in a near-ish future.

It's not gonna make a difference, every head is replaced by another. just one from India making 1/3 of what these people make

It will, IMO it will be better than the absolute zero releases by bethesda with the current regime in there.
Although it might be as simple as microsoft really wanting to get rid of that pesky workers union bethesda created... when I saw that a few years back I knew that the studio was probably fucked.
