Next week i'm gonna install a new mobo and wanted to activate W10 after a clean install. However it seems they killed the KMS method? and i want to know wich is the actual best , safe and virus-free method to activate W10 (or 11/etc in the future) without attaching the serial to the motherboard forever with HWID

No, those were actually used. You can distill the difference with Process Explorer.
