As far as city builders go, this is my favorite series. That said, I was under the impression the entire team was either disbanded, or moved over to work on that Mars colonization game also by Kalypso (can't remember the name). Edit - So, Tropico 5 and prior was Haemimont Games, whereas these new ones are from Gaming Minds Studios.
Honestly, the series has been kinda shit since the fifth one. Here's to hoping for a return to form, but I'm not holding my breath.
