Nope and i dont think anyone will till the last update got released, i am not surprised if we also get a Season 5 for it as previous datamining has shown the preparation for it.
They even went that far in doing a console version of it which got announced, buildmenu wheel for controllers are in since over a year and just recently they even changed the API from Python to LUA (atleast partially).
This game in its core is just a testing ground at this point, still wonder myself why its working as it should.
Time will tell if they really go for another Season, imho the game is allready bloated heavily.

I used to love anno
now i fucking hate it, had to buy and pay for dlcs to get new stuff, shit kept getting released later on. Even if the base game was there, just the though that they had so much stuff coming later on just gave this nasty feeling of half-baked.
Meh, years later i dont even wanna touch it.
One thing is how snowunner did it, same shit, but its a mud racing game, you are just extending content. But in Anno it feels like whole features are missing and being added as we go. Nah, fuck that, gimme a release and 1-2 dlcs, thats it.

You can pirate the dlc's with a unlocker wrapper (or with emu and denuvo file proxy to be safe from bans)

That's not unusual, greed is rampant in the gaming industry, Cities Skylines, Crusader Kings to name just a few who do exactly the same thing, good job we have other ways.

Thats how i usually move forward, the Ubi-Unlocker works pretty well. Bought the Season Passes only on sales for a fraction later on because reasons -.-
Funny enough considering i really havent played the Game since the first dlc "The Anarchist" came out. Always had the hopes i guess that i get over the burnout i endured from doing mods and tweaks after release of the basegame.

Oh yeah i used that one time lol, but same feeling of "ALL that stuff is coming? ill wait before burning myself out of this game in its current state" Thats the worse part that you KNOW theres futher stuff. Sounding stupid but thats how i felt.
Paradox is famous for their fking DLCs. Ugh.

Its official, no Season 5. Friday comes the last major dlc + cosmetic dlc and afterwards just bugfixes and other game updates probably with some more cosmetic dlcs and scenarios.
They said that in a recent stream on twitch.

tried the free weekend, never played anno, uninstalled after 10 mins, the campaign story is for crazy people , germans are mental they funded this gameseries ... its so fucking basic n lame ... simcity2000 felt more fun

No, you just don't understand the game. It's not a derp city builder, its a supply chain and trading game, and reasonably difficult past mid-game.
too many mechanics for the casual gamer, maybe stick to starfield and d4.

Troll. This is regarded by many, myself included, the best city builder ever made. Its anything but basic, more like the opposite, too many mechanics especially with the dlcs.

Story is just a tiny part and it doesnt end with it. Cant even remember it, but im sure its shit.
It can be skipped by going straight into a continuous game I think. Also need to disable lame ass npcs chiming in.
I did miss scenarios like the ones 2070 had tho.
They did add some cringe later like this.
