First, a little clarification:

-House has 2 floors
-The ISP router is in my room at the bottom floor
-The ISP contract has both download/upload speeds at 100Mb/s (<-on PC Firefox via Ethernet, while at a Speed test thingy it shows +900-1000Mb/s, wich's the same equivalent, so to say.)
-One of the router's ports is connected between the router and an Ethernet port at the WALL, wich connects to the top building (Let's call this the "bridge")
-There's a very old ASUS router (the topic's "home one") at the top wich's only WiFi 4 (or whatever) and that's where the other side of the bridge is connected at

Now to the topic

Number of devices the top floor's people uses:

-A desktop Mac
-An ASUS gaming laptop (Etherner and WiFi)
-Possibly iPads
-A SAMSUNG Smart TV
-2 phones (Google Pixel 6, iPhone 16 or whatever model)
-Alexa
-Etc

I want to change that old ASUS router to something better with:

-Maximum, for now, Wi-Fi 6 speeds with the maximum speeds being the above (I know on WiFi it might be less but ya know my point)

-Much better coverage (An ASUS AX3000 WiFi 6 Router at our dining room on the bottom floor reaches nearly 4/4 parts of the house down here with it's 2,4Ghz band, for ref)

-Be able to connect the devices above and whatever comes next

-A few Ethernet ports (One for the bridge cable, 1 or 2 more for possible devices like a laptop or even a PC, just in case)

-Be able to separate the 2,4ghz and 5ghz bands (AKA NO AUTOMATIC CHOOSING), rename their names and put a custom password to each via phone if possible (5ghz when working close, 2,4ghz when away from the router/AP)

-ONE unit device ONLY (NO PACKS)

-Be able to configure it either router or access point and, if using the latter, be able to change it to another mode if possible via phone (Again) if something ends up messed up (Our ASUS AX3000 router is set to AP and i can change it to Router if needed, for example)

-Cat6 Ethernet cable included (optional)

-Possibly below 200€

We don't have many options in router/AP brands over here. Normally we have ASUS and Tp-Link over here in Spain, to reduce the search a ton if that helps. TP-Link seems to have these white tube nodes or "deco" but there's so many...

Thanks in advance!
