i like the graphics apart from the lack of legs just like in battle brothers + overall no actual animations, which is just lazy.

Strange, I showed this to one of my buddies, and he had the same complaint. Personally, I don't mind the chess figure-like characters, I liked them in BB as well. After all, it's the gore and viscera that matters!

To anyone interested in this game: I requested access to the playtest exactly a month ago, and just got in. So, it is not a scam.
