Never got a game using altergift method. But use kinguin, allkeyshop, etc a lot.
3-4 days to get something seems reallllly long. Mines always been within minutes.
Is that in the kinguin's time frame, or the sellers? altergift is just a bot that adds you to friends to gift it. Bot shouldn't (Id assume) need 3-4 days.
Edit: after looking at your links.
A external site that ends in .online in a very amateur looking font size and font, that also takes you to another site that is a generic formilla page seems uber fishy. And all contact is done outside Kinguin (wanting an email to talk to you) don't sit right with me.
And I worry the 3-4 days needed, is so kinguin refund/dispute window runs out.
