Squid Game is returning to Netflix sooner than you might have thought.
The Korean smash will return for its third and final season on June 27. This is only six months after season two launched on the streamer on Boxing Day.
I have trouble getting through the second season. First one was on the slower side as well, which was fine, but here it really feels like they are dragging their feet.

Recap didn't help me much, it took me a while to remember who is who and all the people that died in previous season I completely forgot about. Games are ok, but nothing special. Except the last game which I've liked more than the last one from the first season.
Finally there are couple of deaths that I gave a shit, so that is a plus in comparison to s2 where I didn't care about any of them.
About the ending (no spoilers, just the impression below, but hiding so nobody read it by mistake)
Spoiler:
I actually really liked it. It wasn't something I was expecting, as I was worried they will try to please western audience, but no, they've chosen different route. Huge plus for that.
Solid 8 for the whole series. I hope they will end it where they did and don't try to milk it any further
It was boring as hell. The last couple episode were slow just so they would have 6 episodes as I presume. The whole police plot was LOL.

great season and great show overall, sure it had some problems but i liked how bleak it was all the way to the end, some very sad moments, had great characters and score, im curious now wat david fincher will do with his version, its very hard to top this one but still its david fincher...
The writing in S3 (and parts of S2) was so forced this time around, they wanted to force certain outcomes and it became illogical, frustrating and sluggish. Also the baby ruined it.
I would still recommend it though, still better than most shows out there and very unique.
