It LOOKS like it was a img2vid, not text2vid (or a text2vid with some loras for that 'vibe' of phone color grading and vibe. But the background looks too 'right' to be text2vid).
I Don't think it's vid2vid as anything out of 'first image frame' gets weird. Like the way the first frame of her 'looks' right but any with camera movement creating new elements starts glitching that wasn't in the input image to reference (like her arm).
But in the end its [something]2Vid.
My very amateur AI creator opinion: Its image to vid probably using controlnet of some cat/small dog/something playing with a woman, using the first image to get skeleton armature or depth map, and a prompt to make it look like that.
