I'd install Lorerim 3. It's 4000 mods i believe (you use Wabbajack so the install is automated). Looks amazing.

I actually started installing it because i wanted to check it out, but i ran out of SSD space.

Requires Anniversary Edition + you really need to have a Premium account on Nexus, or downloads will be slow etc..

There is a LOT to unpack when first trying it Surprised

Seeing people walk by with their hair having physics applied is one of many many things I thought was pretty cool, but there's just so much. I feel like I'd need 100hrs to have a good idea of all the changes.

The graphics are pretty damn good though, best I've seen so far. The guards look like they're out of some recent game. Unfortunately, on a 9800X3d/4080S the frames do run into the 50-60s at times. It's a dream when you're in a town / less busy areas where it runs at 120 or so. It also takes a long time to start up compared to any other mod pack I've tried. Crazy long the first time, maybe 10-15 minutes.

One thing I hate with a passion is the way these nordic dudes have man buns / perfect skin, it doesn't suit the world of Skyrim at all. Usually you can disable these things changes in mod packs without breaking anything.

Maybe worth trying dlss mod and lossless scaling. Lossless scaling gives different results in games so can be good, or shit.

Same question as above: any recommended overhauls/gfx mods/combat mods?

I am NOT looking to download 500 GB, though. Something around 100 gigs would be fine, I guess. And it needs to be free, of course. No paid mods!
